Advertiser Structure

AdParlor advertisers are there to help you organize and keep track of all your advertising accounts and. The goal of the entity setup is to make it easy to recreate your advertising structure, in an effort to better organize campaigns and trafficking efforts.

There are two levels of entities:

  1. Business
  2. Advertiser

Business
The parent entity is always a single Business; this is the level that billing is applied at. All Agencies and Advertisers must live within a Business. This is automatically created when you sign up for the AdParlor Platform.

Advertiser
You must have an Advertiser to actually use the platform. The Advertiser houses all your advertising accounts and campaigns, as well as your saved and reusable assets (e.g. Libraries lists, custom audiences, tracking pixels etc).

If you are an Agency that manages advertising on behalf of different end clients, the Advertiser name should be the end client's name (e.g., Nike).

This enables you to keep all your data together in a single place, so you can easily manage your campaigns and report across accounts from a single place. Supported publishers are:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Twitter
  • Pinterest
  • Snapchat

Tip: Can't see a particular publisher? Contact your Account Manager for more information.

Advertiser Structure Best Practices

While it is possible to link multiple Ad Accounts to a single Advertiser, it is recommended to create one Advertiser for every Ad Account you have i.e.

  • Advertiser 1 - Ad Account 1
  • Advertiser 2 - Ad Account 1
  • Advertiser 3 - Ad Account 1

This enables you to separate out your campaigns for easier management and reporting.

Some exceptions are when you are managing multiple accounts or handles for the same client, that requires cross-account reporting and management — in this case the Advertiser can have multiple ad accounts to bring your data together effortlessly.

Switching between Advertisers

Easily toggle between the Advertiser in view by changing the Advertiser context on the left hand navigation. This filters all campaign data, libraries, pixels etc on the screen by the Advertiser selected.
