Why is my "Save Rule" button disabled?

We prevent the user from saving invalid rules. Ensure that the following fields have been filled out and "checked off":

  • Rule Name
  • Rule Frequency
  • Initial Status
  • Rule Scope
  • All conditions are complete (empty or incomplete conditions need to be removed)
  • All actions are complete (empty or incomplete actions need to be removed)
