Can I set my Rule to only check conditions on specific days, or time of day?

Yes, you can use the time triggers to customize your rule frequency.

If you're looking to check your rules at specific times of the day or even days of the week, you can use the Current Time of Day and Current Day of Week triggers when creating your rule conditions to create these specialized schedules. 

For example, if you wanted to check your conditions once every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, simply add the following conditions to your Rules: “current day of week is Monday, Wednesday, or Friday”:


You can use the Current Time of Day to check for conditions at specific times as well (e.g., check every morning at 7am and every night at 11pm).
