What is an engagement Audience?
An engagement audience is an audience of Snapchatter who engaged with your Snap Ad, Geofilter or Lense. For the last 13 months of activity, if a Snapchatter swiped-up on one of your Snap Ads OR installed an App from your Snap Ad OR used your Sponsored Lense OR used your Sponsored Geofilter, they can be added to an audience for retargeting.
How do I create an engagement audience?
Engagement audiences can only be created through a direct request through the Snapchat Sales Channel. However, once created by the Snapchat Sales Team, the engagement audience automatically shows up in the AdParlor Platform.
Once the engagement audience is in the AdParlor platform, it can be used to target Snap Ads AND/OR you can create look-a-likes as you would with any Custom Audience created through Snap Audience Match. Currently, there are three affinity types of Look-a-Likes available - Reach, Similarity and Balanced.
